What are the tourist areas of the city? 

- Medina: It is historic, with souks, the main monuments and the Jemaa el Fna square (the historic districts of the Medina: Ben Youssef - Sidi bel abbes - Bab Doukalla - Ksours - Mouassine - Dar el Bacha - Jewish quarter - Kasbah - Mokef - Bab Debagh - Quarter of tanners) 

- Wintering: In the west, it is the neighborhood of large hotels and upscale residences. 

- Gueliz: To the northwest, the old European city, became business district and shopping. 

- La Palmeraie Northeast, the green belt, agricultural and tourism. 

- Sidi ghanem: the north, the area caters to companies and industrial designers. 

- Agdal neighborhood ... A new hotels and residences.

Since its founding in 1070 by the Almoravids, Marrakesh has managed to preserve some beautiful remnants of its history: The Wall (1126 to 1127) that surrounds the medina and the eight gates in the walls (Bab Aylen debbagh bab, bab el -khémis, taghzout bab, bab doukkala, er raha bab, bab al makhzen, bab Ghemat) 

Some must discover when you visit places: the area of the city - the main areas - historical monuments Saadian Tombs - Palais Bahia - Ben Youssef Madrasa - Palais El Badi - Museum Dar Si Said - Place Jamaa el Fna - the koutoubia and the Menara - gardens: majorelle garden - agdal garden ...
